Services
Saintcode provides web design, development, SEO, digital marketing, and related consulting. Deliverables are defined in project proposals.
Payment Terms
Projects require a deposit before work begins unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest. Prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created for their project. Saintcode may display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
Clients provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete projects. Client delays may extend timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Saintcode is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project.
